The guidelines are somewhat different during the winter and summer races.

NOTE! Vasaloppet is not responsible for lost possessions. After the cut-off dates listed below, found items will be donated to charity organizations, so make sure to get in touch in good time! If you cannot pick up your lost item we will send it to you, in which case you will pay C.O.D. (cash on delivery).

Winter Week

Items found

On competition days, items lost or found can be picked up or handed in at the Vasaloppet Trade Fair in Mora.

After that the items are moved to Vasaloppet’s House in Mora, +46 (0)250-39200, where they will be stored until the cut-off date on the Friday two weeks after Vasaloppet.

Summer Week

Items found between the checkpoint in Smågan and the finish in Mora.

During competition days, items lost or found can be left or picked up at the Vasaloppet Trade Fair. The day after Cykelvasan 90, found items will be at the Vasaloppet Trade Fair in Mora from 08:00 to 12:00. After that, the items are moved to the front desk in Vasaloppet’s House and are there from 12:00 to 17:00. On Monday morning all remaining items will be moved into storage where they are kept for two weeks before being donated away.

Items found at the Vasaloppet start

On the day of the competition, lost or found items can be picked up or handed in by the stands at the start area. These items are during the day moved to the finish area in Mora.
