The chart for approved seeding races will be based as follows (Note that this only applies to Swedish Långloppscupen, check the seeding chart for other races):
Group 1, winner’s time + 8 %
Group 2, winner’s time + 15 %
Group 3, winner’s time + 25 %
The times in the seeding chart are maximum time for each start group. The chart will be updated on the Tuesday after each race, at the latest.
