Our events annually attract nearly 100,000 participants eager to tackle different parts of the classic stretch from Sälen to Mora. We’re glad you want to be one of them!
How you register
Log into My pages to register for your chosen race. There you’ll find a registration form. After filling out the form you complete your registration by payment using a card or internet bank.
Remember when registering for Nattvasan:
The team leader makes the registration.
1. Enter a team name.
2. Enter your estimated finishing time.
3. Your teammate’s name is entered at a later time.
4. You pay the fee when registering.
The start is divided into three groups, assigned based on the estimated finishing time you enter upon registering. The maximum number of teams is 1,500.
How to alter your start position
Your start position is determined by the estimated finishing time you filled in when registering. The estimated finishing time can be altered on My pages. Read more under Registration.
Alterations on My pages
- Change your registration
On My pages you can change some registration information. Choose the race you want to alter under My races and click Edit. You can modify your address, club affiliation, email and phone number, and get Folksam Motionsloppsförsäkring Bas insurance. You can also alter your estimated finishing time (in certain races). - Contact information
You can change your contact information under My account > My profile. You can change your address, email and phone number. To change your name you need to contact our customer service at +46-250-392 00 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org>.
- Sell your start position

On Tuesday, February 19, at midnight it will no longer be possible to make alterations on My pages at vasaloppet.se. Alterations can be made on location at our competition offices in Mora from Wednesday, February 20 at 16:00 and in Sälen from Thursday, February 21 at 10:00.
Online registration closes
On Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at midnight it will no longer be possible to register online at vasaloppet.se.
Direct registration with slightly higher registration fee can be made on location at our competition offices in Mora from Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 16:00 and in Sälen from Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 10:00.
Your digital ID at vasaloppet.se
Diglias is a digital identity service that creates a smooth and safe connection between you and Vasaloppet. You can log into My Pages without user name and password. Furthermore, you can easily access offers from Vasaloppet and our official partners.
How to start: Download the Diglias app to your smartphone. If you are a first time user you need to enter your name, email address and phone number. This information will be the base of your digital identity in the app. The next time you just use your phone for getting access to My Pages (like the service BankID).
We only accept individual registration and payment is made online by card or direct payment through your internet bank (we do not send invoices). You will be registered when we have received your registration fee. Registration is binding! Vasaloppet follows Swedish law for distance selling and will not store your card information. All card information is handled via secure SSL encryption and the banks’ 3D Secure technology.
Receipt and start certificate
Your participant confirmation, which will be delivered via email, is your receipt. Vasaloppsföreningen Sälen-Mora is a non-profit organization so there is no VAT taxation on the participation fee. A start certificate will be sent out via email a few weeks before the race. Your registration cannot be postponed to a later year.
All participants in Vasaloppet, and competition class participants in Tjejvasan must be members of a Swedish ski club registered with the Swedish Ski Association. For participants in Vasaloppet’s other races we recommend club membership since it provides insurance coverage for training and competition. Participation is at your own risk.
International participants represent their countries or their ski clubs – if they are members of a Swedish ski club registered with the Swedish Ski Association.
