Travel guide

There are excellent travel connections to Mora both within Sweden and from the rest of the world so, wherever you begin your journey, it’s easy to get to us. Busses, trains, flights and fine roads can take you the whole way to Mora. And, once here, there are always direct busses to the starts in Sälen or Oxberg, whichever race you have chosen.

Traffic information
Direct busses run from Stockholm to Mora and from Malmö via Gothenburg to Sälen. Mora-Siljan Airport has daily several flight connections from Stockholm, Arlanda. And, of course, there are regular daily train services to and from Mora.

Your own car
It is, of course, perfectly possible to use a car, and road connections within Sweden are extremely good. Two things to bear in mind, however: a tiring day on the course is exhausting, so consider overnight accommodation to recover before setting off homewards; and, on race day mornings, there are very many busses and cars making for the Sälen or Oxberg starts, so you must give yourself plenty of time, and expect heavy traffic.
