How you register
Log into My pages to register. Fill out the form and enter the code you received via email. Complete your registration by payment. Your participant confirmation will be delivered via email directly after payment.

You must be member of a Swedish ski club registered with the Swedish Ski Association. Participation is at your own risk.
International participants represent their countries or their ski clubs – if they are members of a Swedish ski club registered with the Swedish Ski Association.
Alterations on My pages
- Change your registration
On My pages you can change some registration information. Choose the race you want to alter under My races and click Edit. You can modify your address, club affiliation, email and phone number, and get Folksam Motionsloppsförsäkring Bas insurance. You can change your contact information under My account > My profile. You can change your address, email and phone number. To change your name you need to contact our customer service at +46-250-392 00 or via email at info@vasaloppet.se. - Sell your start position

Receipt and start certificate
Your participant confirmation, which will be delivered via email, is your receipt. Vasaloppsföreningen Sälen-Mora is a non-profit organization so there is no VAT taxation on the registration fee. A start certificate will be sent out via email a few weeks before the race.
Start certificate and a receipt of your payment can be downloaded via My pages. Log in, choose My races and click the plus sign to the right of the race. Under Download you’ll find files available for download.

Your registration and participation
- Your registration is binding. Note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of sports events. Your registration fee cannot be refunded.
- Your registration cannot be postponed to a later year.
- It is forbidden to have someone else participate in our events using your name.
- All participation in Vasaloppet’s events is at your own risk.
- We take no responsibility for loss or damage to your belongings and property.
- You are able to sell your start position. Read more under Buy and sell a start position >.
- If a race is cancelled due to lack of snow, extreme cold or other weather conditions we will replay 50 percent of the registration fee, in accordance with Swedish Ski Association guidelines.
- Force majeure: In the event of a cancelled race due to other conditions outside our control, such as fire, flooding, natural disaster, labour conflict, war, terrorist attack, uprising, earthquake, government decisions, spread of viruses or other diseases, the registration fee is not refundable.
- We retain the right to make adjustments to the contents and design of the races and surrounding activities.
Address register and name publication
Vasaloppet’s cooperation partners have the possibility to access the address registers from Vasaloppet’s various events. This means that advertising offers and relevevant information from them can come to you. The Data Protection Act requires consent from every affected individual such that names of the parties concerned can be published in start and result lists on the Internet. Those who not wish to receive advertising offers or who do not want their name or photo in the start or result lists intended for Internet publication or other public announcements during the events or other communication by Vasaloppet and its partners should inform our customer service at +46-250-392 00 or via email at info@vasaloppet.se.
Please note that we have the right to unilaterally change these terms.
Insurance
All participation in Vasaloppet’s events is at one’s own risk. Vasaloppet takes no responsibility for loss or damage to your belongings and property.
Always register an injury to Folksam by telephoning +46(0)771-950 950.
In the event of accidents the following applies:
- If you have taken out Folksam Motionsloppsförsäkring Bas insurance this comes into force in the first instance.
- If you are a member of a sports association/club registered with the Swedish Sports Confederation your association/club insurance come into force in the second instance.
- If you are not a member of such an association/club then, in the third instance, Vasaloppet’s own accident insurance comes into force.

In the event of loss or damage to your belongings the following applies:
- Vasaloppet does not cover loss or damage to your possessions.
- Loss or damage should be reported to your insurance company and your home insurance. Regarding equipment with high value we recommend taking out a comprehensive or separate insurance.
Buy and sell a start position
Personal exchanges can be made on My pages.
How an exchange works
1. Sell your start position – Log in to My pages on vasaloppet.se. Then click My races in the top left and you’ll see the races you are registered for. Click the plus sign on the right-hand side of the race you are selling.
2. Registration code is sent to the buyer – The seller enters the buyer’s name, birth date and email. When that is done, a registration code will be sent to the buyer and a confirmation email to the seller.
3. The buyer registers for the race – The buyer logs in to My pages and registers for the race, entering the registration code and paying the transfer fee of 220 SEK. After that the exchange is completed and the buyer gets a confirmation email.
