Those who have completed Halvvasan, Öppet Spår or Vasaloppet during the Winter Week 2019 can register for cycling and running this summer to complete a Vasaloppstrippeln 45 or 90 during the Summer Week 2019. Anyone can do a Vasaloppet race – I do three

To complete Vasaloppstrippeln you need to ski, bike and run 90 or 45 kilometres in forefathers’ tracks, all in the same year. For 90 km that means Vasaloppet or Öppet Spår on skis, Cykelvasan 90 or Cykelvasan Öppet Spår on bike, and Ultravasan 90 on foot; walking, ambling or running. Completing Vasaloppstrippeln 45 means Halvvasan on skis, Cykelvasan 45 on bike, and Ultravasan 45 on foot.

Nattvasan 90 and Nattvasan 45 are not part of Vasaloppstrippeln since they have two-person teams and helping one another is allowed.
