MTB Freestyle Show is an intense display of breathtaking somersaults and bike tricks at world-class level – five metres up in the air. After each show, the audience has the opportunity to try the bikes on a simpler track.

Ahead of Cykelvasan 90, elite cyclists will be introduced.

On Thursday, August 8, elite cyclists will compete in the thrilling Cykelvasasprinten.

Valle and his friends offer daily singing and dancing with lots of learning and joyful movement.

During the week, you can meet Skistar and Vasaloppet’s suppliers, try out new cycling products, and buy anything you might be missing.

Our cycling races

Vasaloppet’s Summer Week starts on Friday morning with Cykelvasan Öppet Spår, 96 kilometres starting in Sälen. At the same time, Ungdomscykelvasan for youths starts in Oxberg. In the afternoon, it’s time for Cykelvasan 30 and Cykelvasan 45, both from Oxberg to Mora. On Saturday, the main race Cykelvasan 90 takes place, attracting thousands of participants and starting, just like Vasaloppet, at the classic Vasaloppet start in Berga by in Sälen.

Activities

If you want to stay active, you can try out one of the many activities offered in Lindvallen.

  • Put your cycling skills to the test on Lindvallen’s pump tracks and flow trails.
  • Challenge your family in the high-altitude courses or try out the climbing park.
  • Experience Valleberget on the Mountain Coaster toboggan run. Take the lift up and whiz down the rails.
  • Get close to the magnificent nature. Hike or go for a run in the mountains!
  • Now you can ski all year round. Summerski is a large area with artificial grass where you can ski with the feeling of snow – right in the middle of summer.
  • Want to feel the thrill? Go down the hill in a rubber tube at full speed in Mountain Tube
  • Maybe you’ll meet Valle the snowman. He’s all children’s best friend in the mountains. When Valle is around, you never know what might happen!
