All who complete the race are awarded a participation medal directly after the finish.

Medal year

If you’ve completed Vasaloppet, Öppet Spår or Nattvasan 90 10 or 20 times you are eligible for a special medal which you will receive after submitting a filled out medal card at ”Diplomas and frames”. Only one race per year counts, and the result must be registered in your name.

Those who have completed Vasaloppet, Öppet Spår or Nattvasan 90 30 times are awarded a Veteran medal. Those who have completed 40 or 50 races are awarded a special plaque. These are bestowed at the annual meeting of Vasaloppet’s Veteran Club in September.

Nattvasan 90 is counted as medal year from 2020.
